Registration is completely free. You can create an account, view user profiles, and send one message per day. To take advantage of the full capabilities of the portal, you can buy one of two paid packages: Premium or VIP. The prices of individual packages can be found after selecting the "Available Packages" option.
To register for the first time on the Website, select the "Register" option on the main screen. Then complete the required fields.
No, the website does not allow Facebook registration. To set up an account on the site, select the "Register" option and fill out the form.
Everyone who is at least 18 years old and holds an active email account, which is needed to register in VINPLY.
We encourage our users to complete the information in their profile. Such accounts are more popular and trusted among other users. The chance to establish a valuable relationship based, for example, on common interests, is increasing.
Each profile appearing on our Website is subject to administrator verification. This procedure serves to ensure the high quality of the portal and to exclude false profiles. We check whether the photo and content contained in the profile do not contain content prohibited by law, violating the principles of decency, or constituting acts of unfair competition. Details can be found in our Terms of service. Should the profile not be accepted, the user will be informed of the reasons for rejection so that he/she can remove content inconsistent with the Terms of service and ask for re-verification. Accepting the profile can take up to 48 hours.
If you are already registered on the Website, you can log in using the email address and password provided during registration.
Make sure you enter the correct email and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password option. If you cannot log in despite entering the correct data, please report the problem to customer service by sending a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option. Click on the "Forgot password" option below the login fields. We will email you a link to the password change form.
To change the password, go to the Account settings tab and use the "Change account password" option. Enter the current password, then enter the new password suggestion twice and select "Save".
To complete or change information on your profile, go to the Edit profile tab. Change the data you are interested in, and then click "Save changes" located under the editable fields.
To change your profile picture go to the Gallery tab.
You can add photos during the registration process. If you want to add another one or edit the current ones, go to the Gallery tab
You can add private photos in the private photos section of the gallery.
If you want some of your photos to be hidden, add them to the private photos section. You can't hide all of your photos, you must have at least a profile picture.
Photos that you place on your profile must comply with the Terms of service. In the event of a breach, the administrator may delete your photo from the Website.
Yes. If using internet browser, click on the trash icon, which is located underneath the picture. While using mobile app, click and hold the picture you wish to remove, next choose "delete" option.
You can add and delete your photos from the settings of your profile. You can hide some of your photos by adding them to the Private Photos section. Then only people you grant access to can see them.
You can set your preferences for the first time during the registration process. To change the settings, select the icon in the upper right corner of the browsing view or select the Search settings tab. Remember to save the changes.
Your profile can be seen by other Website Users, i.e. people who, like you, have registered on the VINPLY portal. If you do not want to be visible in the search results, use the Incognito option available in the VIP package.
To hide your profile you must be a VIP account holder. You can turn it on and off at any time by going to your privacy settings and checking the Incognito option.
Go to Account Settings and select "Change Email". Enter a new email address and password with which you log in to the Website.
To permanently delete your account from the Website, go to the Account Settings tab and select Delete Account. You can also temporarily suspend your account using the Pause account option. This way you will be able to return to using the Website without the need to register again.
Deleting profile will result in the loss of all data and you cannot recover the profile. To use the Website you will have to register again.
Pausing your account will not delete your data from the Website, you will be able to return to using the Website at any time. During the account pause period, however, your profile will not be visible to other Users.
In accordance with the Terms of service, the Administrator has the right to block or delete an account if a User violates the provisions of the Terms of service.
To see people who visited your profile, go to the "Visitors" tab. You can also check guests in the "Chat" tab. To use this option, you must be a Premium or VIP account holder.
To see the list of people who liked your profile go to the "Like me" tab. To use this option, you must be a Premium or VIP account holder.
To like the profile and thus move it to the list of your liked profiles, select the heart icon on the profile of the given User.
If, while browsing the list of likes, you find that the User no longer meets your expectations, you can remove them from the list. To do this, uncheck the heart icon on the selected User's profile.
You can block by entering the User's profile - at the bottom of their profile you will find the block and report user options. The block option can also be found in the chat window with a given User. Select the icon in the upper right corner and then click "Block"
To undo the decision to block a given User, go to the "Blocked and rejected" tab, then select the profile and click "Unblock". To use this function you must be a Premium or VIP account holder.
You can find a list of people you like mutually in the "Matches" tab.

To send a message, select the chat icon on the User profile. If you are a subscriber to the Premium or VIP package, you can send unlimited messages.
You have probably been blocked by the person with whom you had the conversation.
If you are a subscriber to one of the paid packages (Premium, VIP) you have the option of sending an unlimited number of messages. If you cannot send a message to a given User, it may mean that you have been blocked by them or the User has the VIP inbox function active. The VIP inbox gives you the option to limit the receipt of messages only to people who the VIP Box user himself likes.
To send a photo in the conversation window with a given User, select the icon symbolizing the image / photo, which is located on the right side of the text input. Then select a photo and select "Send".
The Premium package gives you the option of: unlimited browsing; adding to favorites; unlimited messages; blocking unwanted profiles; receive unlimited messages; checking visitors of your profile; sending requests for access to private photos; see who liked your profile; checking Users encountered in reality; restore rejected profile; hide profile activity; access to the list of rejected profiles; using the VIP box.
The VIP package gives you the option of: unlimited browsing; adding to favorites; unlimited messages; blocking unwanted profiles; receive unlimited messages; checking visitors of your profile; sending requests for access to private photos; see who liked your profile; checking Users encountered in reality; restore rejected profiles; hide profile activity; access to the list of rejected profiles; using the VIP box; using Incognito mode.

If you have noticed that a given User is breaking the provisions of the Terms of service, e.g. has incorrect photos, uses offensive language, uses the portal for advertising purposes, report such a person using the "Report User" option at the bottom of the User's profile. We strive to ensure the highest quality of the portal and photos placed on it. If you notice that someone has posted incorrect photos on your profile, or you suspect that they are false or stolen, use the "Report User" option at the bottom of the User's profile.
